To impact the lives of young people in the CSRA by creating affordable and accessible golf facilities primarily to serve those who have not previously had exposure to the game and its positive values Our Vision To serve as a multi-faceted youth and family resource that partners with schools, community organizations/agencies, for-profit courses, golf organizations/association, corporate sponsors, and other industry resources to provide a golf and life skill experience that encourages: Recreation – through the life-long sport of golf. Education – through academic and life skills education. Aspiration – using life and golf skills to prepare youth for the future. Our Values The First Tee has established Nine Core Values that represent some of the many inherently positive values connected with the game of golf.  These Nine Core Values are the foundation of The First Tee of Augusta programming, and are embraced by its Board of Directors, Staff, Partners, Students, and Volunteers: Honesty - the quality or state of being truthful; not deceptive.
