First Tee – Augusta
First Tee – Augusta was established in April 2001, and is a local non-profit organization operated by FORE! Augusta Foundation. Students ages 7-18 are eligible to enroll in the First Tee – Augusta programs and receive quality life skills and golf instruction, free use of golf equipment, supervised practice privileges, tournament opportunities and more. Special emphasis is placed on engaging low to moderate-income youth, minorities, girls, youth from underserved populations, students with disabilities and youth that might not have otherwise been exposed to the game and its positive values. No student or group will be turned away based on their inability to pay. Our learning facility and 6-hole golf course, driving range and practice facility are open to the public.
